By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Flying Chess Pro mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the App.
1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Nature of the App: Flying Chess Pro is an online gaming application that may involve real-money betting or virtual currency wagering in certain modes or features. Gameplay outcomes are determined by a combination of chance and skill, using fair, random, and unbiased systems. However, no outcome is guaranteed, and participation carries inherent financial risks.
3. Account Responsibilities:
- When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials (username, password, etc.).

- You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, without refund, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Financial Risk and Responsible Gaming:
- Gambling or wagering involves a significant risk of financial loss. You may lose all funds wagered. Play only with money you can afford to lose without affecting your essential needs or well-being.
- You participate entirely at your own risk and discretion. The App operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from use.
- If you experience gambling-related issues, seek help from local resources or professional support services.
6. Compliance with Laws – Important Notice for Users in Pakistan: Gambling (including online betting and real-money gaming) is heavily restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and enforced by authorities such as the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
- Flying Chess Pro does not encourage, promote, or facilitate illegal activities.
- Users are solely responsible for determining whether use of the App complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction (including Pakistan).
- The App may be inaccessible or blocked in certain regions due to legal restrictions. Continued use in prohibited areas is at your own risk and may expose you to legal consequences.
7. No Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use (including financial losses, data issues, or addiction).
- We are not responsible for third-party payment processors, links, or external services.
8. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
